Extra bedroom(s) in central, modern flat

We rent out our 1-2 extra bedrooms in 116 sqm central, top modern, high up flat with all facilities, fantastic view - see pics :) If we are at home, breakfast can be provided for 100,- NOK per person. Same with lunch. For dinners the price is 200,- per person. Guests pay when they leave. If we are not at home, guests are expected to buy and make their own meals. The space We rent out our 2 nice, extra bedrooms with one double bed and one single bed, respectively - if you are 4-5 guests 1-2 can sleep very comfortable on our huge living room couch (6 seater, in an angle). We supply nice & clean bedlinens and pillows and quilts for all beds and sofa spaces, and clean bath towels and washing cloths for all. With the exception of our own master bedroom which we will occupy if we are at home, you will have access to the entire flat and 30 square meters enclosed terrace (windows can be cleared to the side for full openness to nature on days with nice weather) and with access to all our facilities. We also have full camping equipment (light-weight rainproof tents, air matresses, air pumps, top quality sleeping bags, cooking equipment, etc) you can borrow if you would like to go into nature for some of your stay. We have some of Norway's best and most beautiful nature close by our home - beaches, camping places, outside all-year-round heated swimming- and children pools (28 and 33 degrees Celcius, respectively), free Tennis courts (we have Tennis rackets and balls), great bicycle tracks, waters with canoes to rent, world-famous Pulpit rock with 600 meters free fall (and no fence so be careful), 1000 meter high air-diving site (accessable for all if fit enough to get there - a 3-4 hour hike each way, from separate car park), ski resorts (cross country and down-hill) with full-equipped ski rental, sport halls and skating halls, and many more attractions typical for bigger cities (our separate, digital appartment manual will have all this information alphabetically sorted for your highest convenience). We also have 2 good grown-up bikes with proper baby seats and additional caravan to hook on to them for that extra luggage. Finally, depending on our own plans we might lend you our own sporty 4-seater car to get around with although public transport is available few meters from our flat 24-7. Guest access All except for our own master bedroom. During your stay Guests can choose if they wish to be sociable and share our entire flat or not - at least we are here from when you arrive till when you leave - we are very sociable and easy going and love to make your stay the best (see references) :) Other things to note Once you have booked your stay you will automatically get access to our digital, alphabetically sorted extensive user guide for the flat and our surroundings which should answer all your needs.
