Etat Nature invites you to recharge your batteries in an unusual setting by a pond, surrounded by fields and forests. A former train station converted into a charming gîte with a garden, our gîte can accommodate up to 11 people. With family or friends, come and enjoy a stay in the countryside. The estate has a hot tub that can be used privately. Other options are available (meals and breakfasts) and must be booked before arrival. The space The Gîte de la Gare welcomes you in a peaceful setting, with its private garden equipped with lounge chairs and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for enjoying sunny days in a friendly atmosphere. Inside, the accommodation offers comfortable and well-arranged spaces. Two bedrooms have unobstructed views over the Étang de Magnières, while the other two bedrooms overlook the woods, creating a natural and soothing atmosphere. The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two separate toilets for added everyday convenience. For your leisure time, you will find a selection of books, board games, a TV, and Wi-Fi on site. Within the Nature State grounds, you also have access to a spa area with a Jacuzzi that can be made private on request, for an additional fee, for an even more relaxing experience. Linens are provided: sheets, bath towels, and bed linens are included in your stay. A baby crib can be added free of charge upon request. Breakfast is also available as an option. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, its private garden and the entire Etat Nature estate. Other things to note The cottage is available for rent all year round. Please note that swimming in the pond is not allowed. However, it is quite possible to fish there. You'll also certainly come across a few fishermen there.
