Charming cottage in an old train station

Etat Nature invites you to relax in an atypical place on the edge of a pond surrounded by fields and forests. Old station renovated into a charming cottage with garden, our cottage can accommodate up to 11 people. With family or friends, come and enjoy a stay in the countryside. The estate has a private jacuzzi: €35 for 2 for 1 hour and €10 per additional person (max 5). Other options are available (meals and breakfasts) and must be booked before arrival. The space The Gîte de la Gare has its own garden with sun loungers and charcoal barbecue. The office and the double bedroom on the 2nd floor have a view of the Magnières pond while the other two bedrooms have a view of the woods. The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The vacation rental is equipped with books, board games, TV and WIFI. In the State Nature area, we have a SPA area with a jacuzzi that can be privatized on request (additional charge). Sheets, bath towels and linens are included in the booking. We can also add a baby cot upon request (free). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, its private garden and the entire Etat Nature estate. Other things to note The gîte is available for rent all year round.
