Location is unique with stunning ocean views and Margaret River surfing break. It is so close to the beach you can hear the waves, and only a couple of minutes’ walk to Prevelly beach. A beautiful large well maintained garden. From the house you can walk along coastal paths, to 2 cafes nearby, the local store, cycle, swim, snorkel, fish, kayak or surf, or just relax on the verandas and enjoy the view. 9 km from Margaret River town. This is our family home so it is well maintained and loved. The space This is also our family home so is well maintained and loved with new furniture and modern appliances. The house is 2 storeys with the main living space upstairs where there is a large kitchen, with open plan dining room and a spacious lounge room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for cooking. The living area leads out to a veranda with a table and chairs for 8 people, and a barbeque and day bed. There are stunning ocean views from all of the front facing rooms and veranda. We have very good Wi-Fi, a large smart TV upstairs and a 2nd TV downstairs. There is a pot belly stove in the lounge room, with wood supplied which is lovely for winter. Upstairs are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms a bathroom, a lounge room and laundry. There are also stunning ocean views from downstairs. The bedrooms all have king sized beds, but one can be converted to 2 single beds if required. There is also a sofa bed in the downstairs lounge room. The beds are really good quality and comfortable and we supply good quality linen. One of the nice things about this house is that there are 2 separate lounge areas in the house upstairs and downstairs and 2 separate outdoor living areas, upstairs and downstairs, all with ocean views, so lots of space to spread out if there are a number of you. The garden is large and beautiful with views of the ocean and the sound of the waves. It is fully fenced, and is lovely for young children to explore. There is an outdoor lounge area with an open fire place. There is also an outdoor bath and hot shower. There is parking on the property and a secure garage that can hold 2 cars with direct access to the house. Guest access full house Other things to note Wheelchair access to the upper level is not possible (internal stairs) and there are no ramps on the lower level external to the doors. The house is not safe for young children, with internal stairs and no gate, an upstairs balcony, and a pot belly indoor fire and outdoor fire with no child protection screens.
