You are most welcome! We are a family run Yoga and Meditation retreat located at beautiful Begnas Lake with mountain, lake and forest views. Come re-align yourself physically, mentally and spiritually with us. We offer 3 days, 7 days yoga and meditation retreats as well as 200hrs 300hrs and 500hrs yoga teacher training programs with all meals included packages The space We live in a natural garden setting surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens where we grow food for our guests. All our rooms open to the outdoors. We have open air communal spaces for relaxation, eating and yoga.
