Large double room in brand new home in Whalley Range, with exclusive use of first floor bathroom with shower. Use of all facilities within the house - Living room, dining kitchen, wifi, sky tv and netflix. On street parking available also. The space Beautiful, modern 4 bedroom townhouse in leafy Whalley range. Exclusive use of first floor bedroom and bathroom plus use of both living rooms, kitchen and dining room. There’s only me living here at the moment so plenty of space for guests to relax in :-) Guest access Guests can use all shared spaces such as kitchen, living, dining areas. Access to washing machine and dryer if needed. Free parking available too. During your stay I’m out quite a bit, but happy to have a cup of tea and a chat when I am in.
