A great studio in the central areal of Moscow suitable both for travellers and businessmen. It is fully equipped with all you might need and freshly renovated. The space This grand attic is located in the fundamental building in one of the oldest Moscow avenues. The history of the building gets back to 1955 when erected for the Soviet Research Institute. In 2012 the Institute moved to another place and the empire-style building was renovated to become hi-end apartments. You will be delighted with the 4,5 meter (15 feet) ceilings, thick walls, weighty oak doors and beautiful corridors. But most likely is that you will love that atmosphere of 1950-s in the avenue and inside the building. Like my other listings this open-space apartment was build without any savings on work and materials: beautiful oak floors, ceramics from Italy and Spain, hand-made English red bricks and a gorgeous stove from France. You will also find all you need for the living: fresh towels and bed, big and comfortable pull-out sofa, a real bed on the upper level, additional bed for 1 person, teas, coffees etc. For security reasons the building is guarded 24/7 and has a reception desk inside. It will take you 15 minutes to get to the Kremlin by trolley-bus if the traffic is low (my parents and grand parents did this for more than 50 years getting to work and back). Alternatively take a tube: it is only 7 minutes of walk and 3 stations (7-10 minutes) to find yourself in the heart of the historic centre. Please look at the map with all the conveniences around to make sure that you will find everything within a 5-minute walk: nice restaurants, 24/7 supermarkets and bars. Other things to note TV The TV set installed in the flat receives the data from the small media station that is located under the screen. By your arrival the system will be set up for your comfort and checked by our cleaning lady. The TV receives a signal from the TV set-top box located under it. We check the system for operability every time before guests check in. Please switch on the TV set (use the No. 2, "Philips" remote control). Please switch on the media station with the remote control No. 1 (make sure that the green button on the usb stick at the back of it is blinking). Now choose your channels using remote control No. 1 and adjust the volume with the "Philips" remote control No. 2. Please turn on the TV with the remote control labeled "Philips" (on the back side with No. 2). Turn on the TV set-top box with remote control No. 1 (see the back of the remote controls). Make sure the green light in the white stick inserted in the back is flashing.
