Shared bathroom with shower and bathtub ...more city views !! Separate toilet with hand basin and vanity unit. Private guest bedroom has a very comfy double bed, and workspace for computer. Sliding door opens onto large outdoor balcony with table and chairs, umbrella, deck chairs and amazing views over Port Phillip Bay and beyond. Indoor swimming pool, spa pool and small Gym, located on 1st floor, are available for Guests to enjoy. Guest access All spaces are available for guests to share. If using kitchen, all utensils used MUST be either washed and dried...or stacked neatly in dishwasher. and kitchen returned to original clean state condition. Space in fridge available. During your stay I have always enjoyed interaction with guests, but totally respect their need for privacy at any time. I will always be available to assist with any questions they may have in order to fully enjoy their stay in Melbourne.
