Guesthouse in Phoenix

Charming casita located in a gated, secure neighborhood right in the desirable central corridor. Casita is a 364 sq ft locked off unit attached to the main home in a private 18-unit community. Close to hiking, biking, downtown entertainment, churches, shopping, hospitals and amazing dining spots. Just 20 minutes to major sporting venues and quick, easy access to and from the airport. The space Casita style guest suite with private keypad access from the courtyard, private full bath and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, single induction cooktop, toaster, coffee maker and dishes. A king size adjustable bed and a queen murphy bed both with memory foam mattresses are in the suite (no uncomfortable sofa sleeper). There is a loveseat and a chair seating area with a fireplace and television. TV streaming with guest access to HULU, Disney+, Discovery+, ESPN+ and Peacock. Temperature control within the unit, so you can adjust to your comfort. Use of the courtyard patio with seating and another television. Books and games for kids. Suite is secured from the rest of the home. Guest access The courtyard patio has seating and a tv to enjoy the outdoor space. The laundry room access is in the courtyard also. No parties or gatherings are permitted. A community pool is available for registered guests only, to swim or lounge. The pool is available year-round although not heated so it might be a bit chilly in the winter months. Pool hours are 8am - 8pm. Please note that there is ample guest parking, but commercial vehicle and RV or trailer parking is not permitted. Other things to note Nash (beagle) is my furry son and is very sweet, gentle and mellow. However, he may let out a bark as you arrive or depart, or if he hears something in the backyard. You may hear the pitter patter of his paws on occasion. He LOVES kids but does not do well with other animals. For this reason, I cannot accommodate pets. Bringing pets to the casita will result in a $250 pet fee and/or cancellation of the reservation. We do not allow parties or events of any kind. We want you to enjoy your stay but if you plan to have guests over for any duration please ask beforehand. Additional guests not named on the reservation are not permitted. Please note that commercial vehicles and RV’s are not permitted. There is not available parking for these types of vehicles. We also have another guest suite that is also accessible from the courtyard. The courtyard area is a shared area. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
