The space All four bedrooms are on the first floor, sharing two bathrooms. The ground floor has the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and one bathroom — plus the get-ready pre-party room, which sits between the living space and the garden. The living and dining areas open directly onto the garden and terrace, making it easy to move between inside and outside throughout the day. OUTDOOR SPACES The outdoor space runs from the terrace to the pool. The newly built garden bar — counter, high chairs, lighting and electricity — keeps everything outside: drinks, music, the whole evening if the group wants it. A professional barman can be booked to run it, or it's the perfect spot for the slush ice cocktail maker. Three oversized Bali-style daybeds and sun loungers complete the poolside setup. Table football, beer-pong, and ping-pong, all perfect game activities for groups, used a lot on arrival days and slower mornings. Enjoy the newly refurbished BBQ area with a large cooking area and a farmhouse table for 14 people. All enjoyed in our jungle theme surrounded by banana palm trees and flowers. INDOOR SPACES The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking — enough worktop and equipment for proper shared meals, not just basics. GETTING AROUND Sa Carroca sits between Ibiza Town and the airport — central for everything without being in the middle of the noise. A car or taxi is needed; during peak season (July and August) pre-booking or renting a car is strongly recommended as street taxis can be slow. Self check-in via lockbox; a full arrival guide is sent before you arrive. Wi-Fi 600 Mbps. TOURIST TAX (ECOTASA) In line with local regulations in the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax applies. The amount is €2.20 per person per night and is collected separately on arrival. This can be settled in cash or by credit card. POOL AND GARDEN MAINTENANCE The pool and garden are professionally maintained. A member of the maintenance team will access the outdoor areas once or twice per week, usually in the morning, to ensure everything remains in good condition. PARTIES AND EVENTS The villa is designed for responsible group stays and socialising, but it is not suitable for parties or events. Out of respect for neighbours and local regulations, excessive noise, external guests, DJs or organised events are not permitted.
