The apartment is spread across two floors with a living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a terrace, that can be used as a private parking. Tastefully renovated, the space is comfortable, modern, bright, and fully equipped with a view of the medieval village The space The flat is well situated, just meters away from the historic center, the Tourist Office, the town hall, the post office, the pedestrian streets of the village, and close to many restaurants, art galleries, and shops of all kinds. Although the village is pedestrian, the house has its own private terrace that can be used as a temporary parking for offfloading your luggage or your groceries, an exceptional advantage in this historical village. The terrace can thereafter be used to enjoy your meals or an aperitif in the sun. You will also be provided with an access card to the village parking minutes away by foot. The flat is situated on the first floor and access to flat is through the store space (currently inactive) on the ground floor. The rental space is completely private. This two-level accommodation comprises: First floor: an open space living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, and an open plan kitchen equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge. Second floor: a large attic bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a large single bed (110 cm) with storage space and a private bathroom with bathtub. Things to note: • The washing machine is located in the cellar. Guest access The appartment and terrace is not shared with anyone else and will be entirely yours during your stay. However, the flat is situated on the first floor and access to flat is through the store space (currently inactive) on the ground floor. The rental space is completely private. Other things to note The private terrace in front the of the house can be used as a temporary parking to unload the car. You can also use it to enjoy your meals outside. A parking card to access public parkings is provided. All bed linen and towels are also included in the price.
