Security Deposit - less than 1 week - THB20,000; otherwise 50% of total price. Maid service on request with extra charge. For bookings of minimum of 1 month, 2 free cleaning services per month. Does not include laundry. Guest access 24 hour Concierge Service - you can request to rent cars, taxis, airport transfers, as well as cleaning services for a fee. Please make request directly with us if you would like regular cleaning services which we can arrange for additional cost. Please note for bookings of 1 month and each additional month we provide 2 free cleaning sessions of the apartment per month. This does not include laundry.
