This unique wood structure house has three levels. Each level has it's own entrance, deck and living quarters (we reside on the very top). Long-term tenants live on the middle floor. It has mature pine trees and other shade trees surrounding the deck to keep it cool in the summer and beautiful during cooler months. Just three miles to Whiskey Row there is easy access to trails, hiking, kayaking, parks, restaurants, night life, colleges, museums and many more attractions in the area. The space We welcome house broken pets (up to 2 pets) to our suite on the bottom or last floor which has been converted into a vacation rental. Pets that have accidents/damage property will cost an additional $75 or more with pictures and time stamp. The property is not fenced in. The laundry room is open to long-term tenants from 9am-9pm due to the noise that can be heard through the wall. If these times don't work for you let the host know so the time can be changed for your stay to ensure your comfort. The host occupies the first floor and long term tenants are on the middle floor. There is two separate areas to park, one is in front of the main house (stairs) the other is on a private gravel drive way (no stairs) that leads to the suite (see pictures). We do not recommend to park on the loose gravel when the forecast expects rain/snow. The suite has a comfortable king bed with a three inch memory foam and plenty of pillows. The kitchenette is stocked with spices and cooking utensils with a microwave, apartment size refrigerator with freezer and a 12 cup coffee pot. Complimentary snacks, drinks, coffee & tea bar are located in the kitchen which seats four at the table and/or tv trays for more guest. The suite has double pane windows to view the beautiful scenery. The living room has roku, a few games, magazines and a roll away bed partitioned by a room divider for privacy. The deck and fire pit area is spacious to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Only three miles from downtown where much of the entertainment is, the suite is in a rural area where you might get a glimpse of wild life. Guest access There are two parking areas. 1. In front of the main house. Park anywhere and use the stairs to ground level. OR 2. Park in front of the suite (lower level) on a private gravel/dirt road. Recommended for vehicles with all wheel drive or 4 x 4 however no one has ever been stuck. Directions to driveway will be given a few days prior to arrival. *If you have more than one vehicle in your group please let host know Other things to note Only 2 pets permitted. Pet accidents will cost the traveler $75 or more. Smoking of anything outside only. Put sheets/towels down for pets on furniture and bed which is provided (catch pet hair). There is a roll-away bed always located in the suite. Currently, a chihuahua (10 yrs old), and a young Hangin' Tree Cowdog lives on the property but won't see them much but at times may hear them.
