The trail can be used to walk/bike downtown and to Navy Stadium. The home recently had a complete renovation with an all-new kitchen, bathrooms, and hardwood floors throughout. We bought this house in the fall of 2017 because of its' potential as a short-term rental. The location close to downtown Annapolis in a quiet neighborhood bordering Spa Creek is ideal. We went to work and completely renovated the house over 4 months during the winter of 2018. The finished product is a place we would want to rent. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private master bath attached. The large family room has a pull-out couch. A sliding glass door leads to an attached deck and spacious backyard. A large driveway supplies plenty of off-street parking. The guests will have access to the entire house. This house is not our residence and does not contain any of our personal items. It was furnished from the ground up with you the guest in mind. It is designed from the start to be a high quality short-term rental in an ideal location. We live close and can assist if needed. This house is located in the Truxton Heights neighborhood of Annapolis. The neighborhood is on a peninsula that borders Spa Creek. Truxton Heights is close to everything in Annapolis yet is a quiet, wooded setting. The Spa Creek Trail (part of the East Coast Greenway) runs through the neighborhood. The free City Circulator Bus runs from outside the Westin Hotel throughout downtown. The City of Annapolis web site has the full schedule.
