Our cottage is located a little over a mile from downtown Annapolis, on a quiet peninsula close to the water. It is a short car ride to the heart of downtown and we have plenty of off-street parking. The trail can be used to walk/bike downtown and to Navy Stadium. The home recently had a complete renovation with an all-new kitchen, bathrooms, and hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy a tree-lined backyard with deck and gas grill. A clean comfortable space to relax while you enjoy Annapolis. The space We bought this house in the fall of 2017 because of its' potential as a short-term rental. The location close to downtown Annapolis in a quiet neighborhood bordering Spa Creek is ideal. We went to work and completely renovated the house over 4 months during the winter of 2018. The finished product is a place we would want to rent. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private master bath attached. The large family room has a pull-out couch. A sliding glass door leads to an attached deck and spacious backyard. A large driveway supplies plenty of off-street parking. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire house. This house is not our residence and does not contain any of our personal items. It was furnished from the ground up with you the guest in mind. It is designed from the start to be a high quality short-term rental in an ideal location.
