Winter wonderland..Our home is a lovely cozy ranch located in the Hideout gated community. Big land, with trees and rocks surrounding the property you will feel at peace at once. A large deck in the back for entertainment and grilling, another in the front you can be sure to enjoy nature and have plenty of activities during warm weather. Stay warm by the fireplaces during winter months drinking coffee, enjoying each others company. Come to the Hideout there's always something to do. The space The house has 3 bedrooms each with queen size beds. Also there's a foldable mattress and a full size futon bed on the lower level. BBQ grill, patio chairs and tables and 2 swings for children to play. Two fireplaces one on each level. Full kitchen with free coffee and water bottles provided. Supermarket is 10 minutes from the house. Free soaps, shampoo, fresh towels and linens all included. It's positioned on half acre of land the feeling you're in your own private park. Enjoy the mountain life roasting marshmallows over the firepit or relax in the hammock swing reading a book or listen to a bird song. Come see for yourself. Guest access Guests have access to the community amenities. Other things to note There's an additional rental fee charge by the community that must be paid 3 days prior to your arrival day. Along with the form license plate number of the cars coming to the community and picture IDs of guests. Fees are as follow:Weekend $100, 3-7 days $125, 8-14 $155 and 15 days-2 months $225. At the end of your stay I only ask to leave the house the way you found it. Please no dirty dishes in the sink and take all the garbage with you to the disposal site.
