Independent villa for 4 people on the ground floor, 350 m away from the sea, in a panoramic position with sea view. Quiet atmosphere to spend a pleasant relaxing vacation. For us it is "pampering" our guests, trying to make them feel comfortable, in their "home", even if for a few days, to relax the body, mind and spirit. We believe that Santa Cesarea Terme can do this. All you have to do is try this amazing stay, to taste the scents, tastes and lights of this enchanting place with your senses! Guest access Inside Villa Maria consists of a sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. Sheets and bath towels are provided for each guest. The living area consists of a large bright living room with kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer and every accessory necessary for use. The exteriors are furnished with living rooms, table and attached chairs. A bbq is available to spend your evenings in company. Other things to note - Giulio and Davide take care of the welcome at check-in (15:00 to 20:00) and check-out (from 8:30 to 11:00). - Upon arrival you will be required to sign the relevant short-term rental agreement. - The tourist tax imposed by the Municipality is excluded from the total and will be required at check-in (€1 for each member of the group/family from 14 years of age for a maximum of 5 nights).
