This apartment located in Rua do Almada, the first to be built outside the Fernandinas Walls, known as the street of hardware, electrical and rubber stores and now one of the most complete and main streets of Porto downtown, which offers a mix of traditionalism and contemporaneity through its shops, restaurants, bars, etc. It has as main points of interest the Pestanas Chapel and the historical Trindade Cinema, reopened 17 years later, offering to the city a daily schedule, alternative to the commercial circuits.
