Home in Otzias

It is a summer family house in the north of KEA (TZIA) island on the place named OTZIAS, overlooking a beautiful bay with a nice sandy beach awarded with blue flag. It takes only five minutes to walk from the house to reach the sea! Our place is close to a large beach with a Blue Flag. You'll love my place because of the environment, the autonomy and most importantly the view. My place is good for families (with children) and large groups. The space It is a summer house in the north of KEA (TZIA) island on the place named OTZIAS, overlooking a beautiful bay with a lovely sandy beach awarded with a blue flag. It takes only five minutes to walk from the house to reach the sea! On the Otzias bay, you will also find two family-style taverns and a mini market. The house as a resort, offers a decent stay (accommodation) for up to eight (8) people (beds and sofas for 10). It consists of two independent residences; each one has a small kitchen and a bathroom. The entire house is available for accommodation, namely the two independent cottages and the privately owned 4 acres of land. Mostly offers privacy for the reason that it is located in a vast property and the neighbors are far enough. We love this place and we spend our summer and Easter holidays there. The house has our personal touch, as you can see from the attached photos, and there is nothing more or less. A summer cottage for families hovering over the magnificent bay of Otzia in the homonymous northern region of Kea Island (Tzia - Cyclades) built with passion. Ozia Beach, which has been awarded a blue flag in recent years, is only a five-minute walk from the house, which can offer an unforgettable stay for up to eight people (potentially 10 people). On the beach you will also find two family-type taverns and a mini market. The house is divided into two independent levels with a small kitchen and bathroom and a separate entrance each. The entire house is surrounded by a four-acre estate, which offers privacy, seclusion and tranquility. In some parts of the estate you will find wild low vegetation characteristic of the island.
