As it's next to the front door you have privacy. The shower room is diagonally opposite. If you prefer a bath there is one upstairs. The wire fence denotes the boundary of the property and so, no access is allowed Other things to note Due to the house being part timber framed and surrounded by combustible material NO BBQs or open fires are allowed The garden is not completely fenced and so, unsuitable for free ranging pets which is why I can’t accommodate them if this is what you need.
