Our Beach House Escape is cosy fully renovated home located in The Sands Estate with an easy stroll to Whites beach. A beautiful space for family and friends to enjoy time together Wether it is winter or summer our home has something to offer for all seasons to enjoy a blissful enjoyable stay. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay The space Our beach house has a beautiful feel and plenty of natural light. Open kitchen & family area that opens on to two outdoor areas. Great for entertaining with family & friends. There's also a small tv room or kids retreat with day bed off two of the bedrooms. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom. Bedroom 1: 1xKing bed and ensuite Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 x King bed On request the day bed can be made up. The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, Induction cooktop , dishwasher and all cooking utensils and cookware for your use. There is a Rocket Espresso coffee machine for those lovers of coffee The dining area comfortably seats 8 people . The main family living area has a beautiful fire place and there is underfloor heating to keep you toasty in those cooler months. There is also a smart TV and a split system air conditioner. Outdoor rear deck is the perfect entertaining area with a large 8 seater table a remote awning and there is also a Webber BBQ on mains gas for all you barbecuing needs. There is plenty of space with three seperate outdoor areas to enjoy and two outdoor showers. Wether its winter or summer our home has something to offer for all seasons. In winter enjoy unwinding in the sauna and hot tub your own little private sanctuary. There is also a fire pit for enjoying those cooler nights under the stars. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Guests can access the property with a key code ,details given prior to check in. Other things to note Please note we are a family friendly vacation spot and there is a strictly a NO party policy including Hens, Bucks Schoolies and any other type of party event and Strictly no noise after 10pm. Pets allowed. Linen and bath towels supplied and there will be pantry staples for you to use.
