My place is close to both Oval & Brixton tube stations (15 minute walk to the KIA Oval cricket ground) and just 12 minutes on tube to the very heart of the capital( Westminster, The South Bank, Covent Garden, St Paul’s, Tower Bridge) Parking is available outside the building, free from Friday 6pm until Monday 8am There is a lift inside (I live on the first floor) The space Recently built flat amongst a block of newly built flats- 'The Oval Quarter' Coffee/ Sugar/ Teabags/ Cereal/ milk are provided on arrival Smart TV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports available I live in this property when not renting it out Guest access There is a security box outside the front door that holds the keys for easy check in and out There is a lift as I am on the first floor also Other things to note Lost keys will incur a £150 charge for replacement keys and fobs
