Cosy 2 bedroomed cottage near High Force waterfall

Stylish conversion of 2 former leadminer cottages offers accommodation for up to 5 people. The property is situated in a quiet street in the historic village of Middleton-in-Teesdale, which lies on the Pennine Way, 10 mins drive from Barnard Castle and 5 mins from England's biggest waterfall. A kitchen range & log-burning stove provide a cosy environment. There's a small shared green at the rear and stunning views of North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. NB: Not for party animals! The space The cottage is very homely because it is my home part of the time. Guest access Guests have access to the original buildings now converted into one cosy home. Other things to note The log burner requires fuel, eg. special kiln-dried wood. Guests are requested to pay for any logs they use - £8 per bag or £16 per basket.
