Situated in the South Downs National Park close to Goodwood, Bosham Emsworth and Chichester, perfect for walking biking sightseeing or just relaxing with a fantastic pub just a short walk away. Enjoy your private courtyard which basks in the morning and evening sunshine, truly a tranquil haven and hidden gem not to be missed. The space Essentially it is bespoke quirky compact and very special space within the Southdowns National Park just 10 minutes from Goodwood Bosham and Chichester, which finished full completion in 2015, it comprises a contemporary light and airy living area which benefits from underfloor heating, built in touch cupboards revealing fridge cooler, microwave, Sony Television with Freeview, pull up laptop table, hidden areas revealing comfy stools and a fold out table, music speakers for use with a 3.5mm jack along with an iPhone adapter, tea and coffee making facilities, small petite iron and board plus mirror, hair dryer also a modern comfy sofa and wifi availability, then leading off to the wet room which is fully equipped with a powerful shower complemented with Molton Brown toiletries with all fixtures and fittings of the highest standard. Please bear in mind the water tank that supplies the warm water is not huge but does a lovely shower. There is a mezzanine level that is for sleeping which has a quality medium/firm double mattress and accessed by a ladder at users risk! Reclaimed roof tiles bespoke large windows and locally sourced oak timber make up the external facade with a unique curved corner on one side. The oak timber features inside as well where the magnificent oak beams give great presence together with shelves displaying local woods such as Oak Elm Ash and London Plain, in all a hidden gem. There is a well renowned pub just a short walk away in the village for a leisurely lunch or dinner, a multitude of walks surround you along with the close proximity of Goodwood, Bosham Emsworth and Chichester so ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy their leisure time with all that this beautiful area has to offer. The Studio Lodge is a detached Annexe with a private courtyard which floods with morning and evening sunshine, both Studio Lodge with Courtyard offering surprising privacy in such a small space, there is parking outside the main house or a the laby very nearby and on entering the Studio Lodge you will have Wi Fi availability. The double bed is accessed via a ladder and is at users risk! The Wet Room embodies luxury, whilst the living area is tranquil with the touch cupboards revealing hopefully all the extra touches you may desire. We are very mindful of people's privacy and strive to ensure their needs are met as best we can. We are in the South Downs National Park in a small village and a such are blessed with wonderful walks in the area. We are north of the A27 so have easy access to surrounding towns and villages all waiting to be explored. There is a limited bus service only, details available on request. Other things to note We have available a covered area and bike rack to store your pedal bikes if required, just let me know and will arange for you. Bikes are prohibited in The Studio Lodge! We love animals and will in general allow 1 small dog as the Studio Lodge cannot cater for larger ones really! Mobile phone reception is not great and does depend on your network but I am assured better reception is available on the mezzanine level! WiFi of course is available.
