Lakeview cottage with hot tub and sauna

This is a warm and cosy cottage across Bonnie park beach @ Jackson’s point in Georgina. This cottage is also close to Franklin beach. There are number of activities close by i.e. The ROC, Ramada Inn and the Briars and eating places like Lake Simcoe Arms. Sobey’s grocery, LCBO, Tim Hortons etc are less than 5 mins drive. The cottage comes with a indoor and outdoor wood fireplace, hot tub and Sauna. With a beautiful landscaped front and backyard, this is a perfect place to wind down and relax. The space This cottage has 2 bedrooms (queen bed and double bed), a living room with pull out sofa bed and fireplace, a dining room, kitchen and 1.5 washroom. This also has a large lake facing front deck and backyard deck. The front has a BBQ and the back has a hot tub. The sauna is in the backyard as a detached structure. Guest access The whole house is accessible to the guests except one store that is locked next to the kitchen. Other things to note While the cottage can accommodate up to four guests, we’ve kept our pricing flexible and reasonable to ensure that smaller groups particularly couples aren’t charged for unused occupancy. We kindly ask that you update the number of guests accurately when booking. This ensures a comfortable stay for you and helps us maintain the quality of service for everyone. This place is very close to our heart and we would like to share this with others who would care for this as much as we do. In order to facilitate comfortable stay, guidance and instructions are available in the guidebook on the property. Please refer to this for safe use of the appliances and equipment. The cottage has an indoor and outdoor fireplace and a wood burning sauna. Guests are advised to bring their own firewood to use at the cottage or firewood can be bought at home hardware which is a 5 min drive. Basic firewood is provided on chargeable basis for guests convenience. For hygiene reasons, we only provide pots and pans for cooking but do not provide cooking consumables like oil, salt, pepper etc. Please note that we provide one set of hand and bath towel per person per stay.
