Without balcony but there are table and chairs reserved for this apartment in the curtyard behind the house. Outdoor pool for all our guests. 1 parking place upon request and an extra charge. The space The apartment is located in a Residence, approximately 300 meters from the lake, in a very quiet area and 5 minutes walking from the historical center of Riva del Garda. Our spacious and comfortable apartment is immaculately furnished with particular attention to details. It has independently controlled heating and air-conditioning and a safety deposit box. Fresh linen and towels are provided with a change available at the reception twice weekly. Everything is provided to help you feel truly independent during your stay in our apartments – your home away from home in Riva del Garda! Guest access Our guests have access to the whole apartment and, on the back of the house, to our outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool and counter current swimming system, sunbathing area with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, barbecue, vending machine with snack, hot and cool drinks, children games area, table tennis and table soccer. There is a secure locker for mountain bikes and other sporting equipment. Residence Alle Palme offers also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. the use of the washing machine is free of charge, the key can be collected at the reception during opening hours. One parking place is available in the garage for those driving to Riva, and an elevator for easy access to all apartments. Other things to note - Babies under 2 years are welcomed, on previous request, as long as they are within the maximum occupancy of the apartment. - "Provincial Tourism Tax” due upon arrival :Tax € 1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights (14+ y) - Check-in between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - Check-out 09:00 am -1 parking place is available upon previous request and an extra charge of € 10,00 iper Night s required.
