A one-bedroom attached cottage situated in a peaceful and picturesque location about six miles from both Dunkeld and Blairgowrie. Ideally positioned to take advantage of all Perthshire has to offer. There are challenging cycling routes and wonderful woodland walks close by, as well as some notable Munros to the north, including Ben Lawers. The space The cottage, a former byre, was built in c.1830 and was once part of the neighbouring estate. It is accessed via a cobbled courtyard. The cottage has exclusive use of the charming courtyard garden, beds of shrubs and a sheltered area for eating out in good weather. Guests have the use of a BBQ and chimenea to help extend their time outside. At its heart the cottage has a fabulous open plan sitting room/dining room. On one side of this room is a double bedroom with HR sliding glass doors opening to the garden. On the other side is a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and storage cupboard. Our internet speed is 31/2 MB. As we live in a rural area the internet is limited in its speed. We kindly ask that guests download and do not stream videos, games and television during working hours, as we work from home. We do however provide a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a supplementary charge of £25/dog/week.
