The house can host 8 persons or can be split in two different indipended apartments with a capacity of 4 persons each one. A big yard with a door that closes and an external garden with lawn grass, trees and free of charge parking area. Ideal for families with children between 2 and 15 years old . The space The whole house is consisted of two bedrooms with double beds, two single spaces with kitchen and living room and two bathrooms. In this case each house has its own bedroom, single space kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The separation is provided with a wall-door that has double locks. The house is fully furnished and fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances in order to offer a comfortable accommodation. It has two double beds and two sofa-beds. Each sofa-bed can be transformed to a double bed or two single beds. Also two smart-televisions in each house and air conditions in all rooms. Guest access The guests have access to a big closed yard, garden with lawn grass and a parking area.
