The apartment is 1-min walk away from the bus station/taxi stop located beside KFC and Mongolia's National Library and Theater. It is about a 10 min walk to Sukhbaatar square/amusement park and 8 to reach Seoul street where there are banks, restaurants, boutiques, Naran Plaza, and coffee shops. During the summer Seoul street features dinning under the stars, with street vendors and music. 15-min walk away from Shangri-La Mall and Bayangol restaurant. Prices are negotiable for LONG STAYS. The space 15th-floor apartment flat with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Fully furnished and comes with amenities including, a dishwasher, automatic smart Japanese toilet, and heating/AC. Wifi and channels, including HBO and MTV, are provided. We are able to provide a bus card that can be charged if requested in advance. Please note if you use the card, it must be returned at the end of the stay. There is NO smoking in the apartment, but a balcony for smoking is available. NO parking available. Amenities such as toilet paper and shampoo, 1 per bathroom, is provided on arrival as part of a welcome package. Guests are expected to purchase their own after they use what's in the house.
