The Baan Dhewaran villa is a part of a small luxury Beachfront development in Na Jomtien. It’s got three best Beachfront restaurants within 50-200m walking distance- the View Mare, the Glasshouse and the Bacco. There is a surfing and kiteboarding school/station, kayaking and other water sports activities at the beach. The beach itself is very nice, wide and sandy. A great beachfront location though only a 10-15 minute drive away from the Pattaya City Center, the Beach Road and its nightlife. It’s also a very short drive to places like NongNuch Garden, the Ramayana Water Park and the Cartoon Networks Aquapark. An absolutely rare find in Pattaya in both - the location and the comfort. We’d suggest to rent a car or use Uber or similar apps though plenty of local taxis available as well. The location is great to navigate around the city and get fast to Pattaya’s landmarks- NongNuch Garden, SilverLake, Walking street and the Beach Road.
