The house is located on a 600m2 plot, inside the plot is the pool and barbecue, all for the exclusive use of the house guests. Summer, it is ideal for 4 people, being able to sleep 6 people and enjoy the barbecue and the pool. In winter, a maximum of 4 or 5 people is advisable for comfort, since the wooden house is too small for more than these people to live inside on rainy or cold days The space Enjoy the capital of Spain and its neighboring provinces in a beautiful wooden house, in the Sierra Norte of Madrid. The house has an area of 60m2 built on a closed plot of 600m2. The house is rented complete for 4 people plus a sofa bed, being able to reach 6 people. It has a swimming pool, barbecue, garden furniture, ideal to spend a few days in the Sierra Norte de Madrid resting. The capital of Spain is 60km away, a tour that takes between 1/2 or 1 hour depending on the destination, the tour is done by national road and N1 motorway. It is ideal to visit Segovia (1 1/4 hours) that in December 1985, UNESCO included in its list of Heritage Cities to the "ancient city of Segovia and its Roman aqueduct" and visit the beautiful mountain range that it shares with Madrid, passing by the Monastery of Escorial, Miraflores de la Sierra, Rascafria, Peñalara Park (Madrid) etc. The Farm of San Idelfonso (Segovia). The house can accommodate 4-6 people, it has two bedrooms with a double bed in the master suite and two single beds in the other. There is also an extra sofa bed for two more people if necessary. Guests can enjoy a range of outdoor facilities including the private swimming pool, barbecue and the covered outdoor dining area. Everything is included so you can just relax and enjoy your holidays. This beautiful estate is located only 60 km away from Madrid, the Spanish capital. Whilst providing a peaceful and quiet retreat, the city centre is only half an hour by car. Its convenient location makes it easy to visit a range of interesting places: The house is only a 75 minute drive from the picturesque town of Segovia declared in 1984 by the UNESCO as the “Heritage of Mankind”. This historic city was of great importance in both Roman and medieval times and on the south-east extreme of the city you can visit the world-renowned Roman Aqueduct, the largest and best preserved of its kind anywhere in the world. You also can visit the small town of San Ildefonso in the hills near Segovia where you will find the 18th century Royal Palace of La Granja de San Ildefonso or “El Escorial” which is a historical residence of the king of Spain. Or, if you prefer, you can spend a day in “Miraflores de la Sierra”, “Rascafria”, ”El parque de Peñalara”, etc. and enjoy the landscape, culture and, of course, the typical Spanish cuisine. There is a pool from June 1 until September 30 and a barbecue. Other things to note The house is inside a residential development, with two adjoining plots on two of its sides and two others facing a street of the development with very little traffic, it does not reach the passage of 10 vehicles per day. Being within a development, there are "ethical standards" of behavior. Parties are not allowed, and you must behave in a civil manner during your stay. The area is wonderful to rest and enjoy a few days of rest, so our behavior should not disturb the rest of our neighbors. After 11:00 PM, we ask that you not do anything that generates noise and disturbs the neighbors. Failure to comply with any of the rules will entitle us to terminate the accommodation, and in case of noise outside 11:00 pm, or inconvenience to the neighbors, the competent authority will be notified.
