My accommodation is located in the typical Tuscan countryside, between Pisa and Lucca. A few kilometers from Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family and groups of friends. Panoramic view of the countryside, the mountains and the Rocca of Ripafratta. The villa is very typical but at the same time elegant for its furniture. Very bright and spacious spaces. Large garden with swimming pool, private parking. The space The Villa is on two floors, the upper floor consists of four bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with a queen bed and a panoramic terrace, and two other rooms with two single beds each, double bed on request. Still on the upper floor there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. On the ground floor the living area consists of two large open space rooms: one where the main living room with a fireplace is located, the other where there is the dining room that communicates with the kitchen. The kitchen is very spacious, with a marble sink. Also on the ground floor there is another bathroom with a shower. From the ground floor there is access to the garden which is very vast, reserved and fresh thanks to the plants that surround it. New swimming pool. The internal garden can also be accessed from the road by a gate and it is therefore possible to park the car comfortably.
