You’ll love my place because of The peace and quiet and about 13 miles to Cooperstown. Lots of walking trails Pond with wood fired sauna. King size bed. Private deck with gas grill. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). There is limited WiFi , satellite so no streaming. Att works best here. Tv plus a DVD player. Lots of movies. The space Privacy and quiet. We sit back off a country road. Guest access Pond on property with a wood fired sauna. Lots of walking trails. Other things to note Limited internet by satellite. No streaming
