The Aloe Garden Duplex is located in Costa de Antigua, a municipality in the center of the island of Fuerteventura, 10 km from the capital Puerto del Rosario, 5 km from the airport and 1.5 km from the beaches of Caleta de Fuste. Ideal as a starting point to tour the entire island and enjoy a relaxing or adventurous vacation. The space The Aloe Garden Duplex consists of 2 floors; the 25 m² ground floor is distributed in a living room, kitchen-dining room and private 20 m² garden with direct access to the community pool, surrounded by native plants and a beautiful tropical garden. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with appliances (fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, electric water heater, digital ceramic hob, extractor hood, toaster and kettle). Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 1.50 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a cozy 10 m² terrace-solarium facing south and overlooking the pool, the perfect place in the house to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. The Duplex has full kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, Italian coffee maker, etc.) as well as linens (sheets, pillows, cushions, towels and pool towels). The health of our guests is our priority.
