The space The apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway for two or for comfortably accommodating a family of 3–4 guests, and it is entirely at the guests’ disposal. It features: LIVING ROOM with a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a chest of drawers, and a large window with access to the lake-view balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table, perfect for enjoying breakfast or lunch while admiring the scenery. - KITCHEN in a separate space, fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, small oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, and moka pot. - BEDROOM with a three-quarter bed, a small wardrobe, and a window overlooking the lake. - BATHROOM with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. A carefully designed and comfortable space, ideal for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and is accessible only on foot. It can be reached via a pedestrian walkway or by a scenic staircase of approximately 150 steps, which provides direct access to the lakeside road where both free and paid parking spaces are available. Other things to note The Host will be happy to assist you with organizing your check-in, including arranging your arrival time. We are fully available for any information or requests that can make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. During your entire stay, the Host can be reached by phone or email. In compliance with current regulations, it is necessary to provide the identification documents of all guests on the day of arrival. Payment of the tourist tax for the first 7 days of stay is also required (to be paid online before your arrival during the online check-in process). Children up to the age of seven and people with disabilities are exempt. Upon request, the Host can also provide a boat rental service with their own boats, without a skipper. The service is available at the pier just a few steps from the apartment, and as guests, you can enjoy a discounted rate.
