Description
Shepherd's Crook is a beautifully restored barn conversion, nestled within 500 acres of rolling landscape on Treverbyn Farm. Located just a 10 minute drive away from the Cathedral City of Truro, the central location is perfect for exploring Cornwall with easy access to both coasts and the main roads through Cornwall. The space Shepherds Crook has been sympathetically converted to provide a delightful holiday let overlooking the tranquil countryside. Ground Floor. Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with electric hob and oven, combination microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and Tassimo coffee maker. Fully furnished sitting room with TV, DVD player, wood burner and dining area. From the sitting room french doors open out onto the large raised decked area which over looks the garden. A selection of books and board games are available. Cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Bedroom 1 with super-king double bed (6'), smart tv, ensuite wet room, with shower toilet and wash basin. First Floor. Bedroom 2 with 'zip and link' beds (either super-king double or twin) and ensuite bathroom, with bath, shower over bath, toilet and wash basin and far reaching views. Bedroom 3 with 'zip and link' beds (either super-king double or twin) and ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. All pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Unfortunately dogs are not permitted as Shepherds Crook is on a working farm. Changeover day is Saturday during peak months with flexibility and short stays accepted at other times. Other things to note Though close to the amenities of Probus and Truro, Shepherd's Crook is located up a narrow lane. This is the only access to the properties at Treverbyn Farm and makes the properties quite secluded.
