Our huge 280m2 chalet is set over two levels that offer spacious dining & entertaining space as well as 7 large ensuite bedrooms with balconies. Its size means it can take group sizes of up to 15 adults and families comfortably. The Chalet overlooks the pistes and town centre making it, quite possibly, the best location in Morzine. The Pleney Telecabine, the shops, bars and restaurants are all on the doorstep. There are 2 private indoor hot tubs and plenty of storage for bikes. The space Top floor: - Fully equipped kitchen includes lots of workspace, a huge centre island, induction hob, oven, microwave, a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. - Large balcony that overlooks the Pleney slope and Morzine Village, you are in the heart of the action. - Huge dining space with a large sociable rectangular table, with space to seat up to 16 people very comfortably. - Two large seating areas, with tons of sofa space, focused around the fireplace and balcony views, ideal for relaxing with friends and family for pre-dinner aperos and nibbles - Studio Italia lighting - Large flatscreen TV with XBox - BOSE surround sound system 2 Ensuite bedrooms with balconies - Separate WC First floor: - 5 spacious bedrooms all of which are ensuite. - All bedrooms can be made up with 2 single beds or one king-sized double bed. We make the beds for your arrival with Egyptian cotton bed linen and provide a bath sheet and hand towel per person. - Bedroom 4 has an extra bed meaning the chalet can sleep up to 15 people. - We can also provide travel cots should your group need them. - All the bedrooms have luxurious soft furnishings, triple glazed windows and shutters. - Each bedroom also has Bose Speaker and hairdryer. - Separate spa room with 2 hot tubs for relaxing after days on the mountain. - Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. - Separate WC In Summer, this property is great for groups of Mountain Bikers - the perfect location opposite Le Pleney telecabine and with a large garage for bike storage and maintenance. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole chalet and a space in the garage to store bikes. The chalet is in a large building and occupies the second and third floors. The ground floor is a ski and bike hire shop and the first floor is our 7 person Petit Stade Apartment. The chalet and apartment share a private entrance separate from the shop. Parking at the chalet is accessed by a car lift with a height limit of 2m. There are additional car parks close by at the Tourist Office and Joux Plane. Other things to note We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags. We can also arrange for “gourmet meals on wheels” and add-on grocery shopping packs to be delivered to your apartment. **Special Measures during Covid-19** We have always prided ourselves on extremely high standards of cleanliness in our properties. However as a result of Covid-19, we are now taking extra precautions to give you even more peace of mind when you come and stay in one of our properties in Morzine. These extra measures include disinfecting all high contact touch points such as light switches, remote controls, keypads, handles and knobs, in addition to our usual thorough cleaning regimes. We will also include an additional cleaning pack with extra disposable cloths, antibacterial spray and hand gel for you to use at your leisure. We want you to feel safe and secure and as always if there is something you need we will try to source this for you.
