Sonos speakers system throughout the house, TV room, Wifi, and parking right in front. Pet free and non-smoking house. 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. Bus stop to d/t within walking distance. Also within walking distance is a supermarket, bakery, restaurant, a swimming pool and the ocean shore. Neighbourhood with many playgrounds. Other things to note We will try to accommodate early check-in requests but due to the time required to get the house in order we would need to vacate the house a day earlier and thus ask for a one time fee of 25% of the nightly fee.
