Electricity is partly generated from solar panels on the roof to reduce pollution. If you are more than 2 guests, you can book studio #03, #08, 2 rooms or more in the same house. There are 2 common areas: 1. A fully equipped kitchen with 6 seater dining table, iron... 2. A living room with big TV, sofa, books... to share with other guests. We hope you'll find your "home" among our listings. Guest access The house has a private entrance for all guests. The guests can access all the area of 1st and 2nd floor + the motorbike parking. Each studio has an electronic lock. The access is 24h/24 During your stay I will be available by phone, SMS, email or in person as I live in the same house on the ground floor. Other things to note A camera system is installed in common areas (parking, common lounge, common kitchen) for security purposes only. Cleaning is done once a week for long stays, additional cleaning ($10/time) upon request. Besides the washing machine & the dryer on the 1st floor, you can also ask me to use my machines on the ground floor for free. Tap water in Vietnam is not drinkable. You'll have 1 complimentary water bottle in your room at checkin, then you can boil water or buy other bottles to drink. I can also provide a big water bottle (20L) at $4. In the bathroom cabinet under the sink, you'll find a hair dryer, extra toilet paper, & some laundry detergent. If you need more, please purchase it yourself.
