Guest house in Gainesville

Small, bright, fun upstairs apartment in a historic district, within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, and near the bus route which can take you to UF or other neighborhoods. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive access to the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked, but the oven is smaller than normal. You could probably cook a turkey breast but definitely not a whole turkey. Other things to note This is a 100+ year old place. It is clean but quirky and worn in spots (discolored spots on the moulding, door heights vary, old clawfoot tub = weird placement of shower caddy so you have somewhere to put your shampoo). Please note that the unit is upstairs and there is a clawfoot tub with a significant step up in the bathroom—this might not be your spot if you have limited mobility. The bathroom is small, with a very small sink.
