This abode built studio offers the comfort of a modern house, a queen bed, with a walk-in closet, full private bathroom, diamond plastered walls, solid wood floors, fully equipped kitchenette, small refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, small table and chairs for two, Chromecast TV, internet, enclosed/ gated courtyard with al fresco dining, BBQ grill. The backyard gate has access to Vargas Mall. The space The adobe construction, the light is delightful, the decorations, the plants and the comfort make you feel at home. Guest access Guests have access to the Studio and private garden. Guests also have access thru the driveway and the back gate to the Vargas Mall. Other things to note The weekly cleaning fee is optional and at an additional cost of $25 per hour and the final cleaning and sanitation is $75 and is included in your fee.
