Duplex apartment with seating for 2-5 people

The accommodation is in a village with approx. 1300 inhabitants in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby there is public transport (bus). You will love the place because of the surroundings (field and forest), comfortable beds (1 double bed 160x200, 1 large single bed 120x200, and 2 normal single beds 90x200 each and well-equipped kitchen. For your vehicle, there is a parking space in front of the house and for motorcyclists there is the possibility to accommodate them in a garage. No animals. The space The apartment is in our 2-family house with separate entrance (on the left side of the house). The apartment has its own seating area with a table and garden chairs. The apartment is really quietly located. From the balcony on the second floor is the view of the countryside and agriculture. Since the balcony is made of wood, smoking is not allowed there either. Of course not in the apartment either, thank you. The fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, steam extractor, large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) is welcome to be used. Please use the extractor hood while cooking. But it is forbidden to fry. Thank you. The washing machine may only be used on request and according to the landlord's instructions. Cost per machine wash CHF 4.-- Please keep the windows closed in winter to avoid wasting energy. Thursday is garbage collection in our village. Please place the garbage bag next to the entrance door on Thursday so that I can give it to the garbage collection. Guest access If you arrive with a total of 5 people, for example, the entire apartment is accessible to you, otherwise the room used in each case, the others I close. Of course, the cozy living room, kitchen and bathroom are always included. In the entrance area you have the opportunity to leave your shoes and jacket and other things. A shoe rack is available. Please leave the shoes in the entrance area, not in the apartment. Thank you. House slippers are available if you have not brought your own. In the whole apartment incl. balcony, which is made of wood, (fire hazard) it is forbidden to smoke. You can smoke outside, next to the entrance door, where an ashtray is available. Other things to note If you would like breakfast, please let me know when booking. (Also what you like for breakfast) Cost: CHF 10.00 per person. Please eat at the large table provided for this purpose and not in the rooms on the upper floor. If you want to do laundry, please ask first. Cost: CHF 4.00 per machine (including detergent). Then I will instruct you on how the machine works. The laundry can be hung on the balcony. Clotheslines and clothespins are available there. Please open the bathroom window after showering to ventilate, but please close it again in winter after 10 minutes at the latest as we heat. This also applies to the rest of the apartment in winter: ventilate quickly, then close the window again, do not leave it open at an angle. Thanks for your understanding! If you rent the apartment with a small child, a travel bed for babies, a crib with side rails and an inflatable crib with mattress or a normal mattress that can be placed in the parents' bedroom are available. There is no stair gate, you are responsible for this yourself. We have unbreakable children's dishes and a children's table chair.
