This inner city neighbourhood was selected due to its ‘old and new independent establishments coexisting and thriving’ It is a very vibrant area with lots going on right in front of you and has a great choice of shops, restaurants and bars locally. The LUAS line is right on the doorstep and connects with all other transport lines. Feel the buzz of the city from this fantastic two bed apartment in the heart of the city. The space ALWAYS SOMETHING TO SEE What we love about this apartment is its views and it's location. We overlook Smithfield square, so this apartment is city center and a fantastic place to soak up the vibe of Dublin - there is always something to watch below. The living area is large with two sofas facing views of the square. From the dining area you look out on the square and the old Jameson Distillery Chimney tower and its observation deck. There is an open kitchenette so everyone can interact in this space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook at home. There is a large fridge/ freezer, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. There are two comfy bedrooms in this apartment each with Egyptian cotton sheets and duck down duvets and pillows. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a private balcony. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower and bath. The LUAS red line (electric rapid transit) runs through Smithfield and there are a host of different bus routes available on Arran Quay & Church Street. The LUAS links up to other forms of transport which will take out further out of town and also IFSC, the Barrow Street area and The Digital Hub. There IS a potential for noise at times as you are right in the center of Dublin. This is not a nightly occurance though. ** Please note: Child / baby equipment needs to be requested well in advance of your stay. There is a chance that they are in use in another property and we need time to try to accommodate you. There is a charge for the cot as we need to use a van for a 3 hour round trip. Thank you.
