Rental unit in Interlaken

Please note: For security reasons (River), children are not allowed. we have NO TV and NO AIRCONDITION Restaurants, Pharmacy, Bakery and Coop Supermarket are just 2 Minutes walking away. It takes 3 Minutes to walk to the Railway station Interlaken-West. The space Our House, located right at the Aare river, contains 3 Apartments: Garden floor: Exclusive access to the garden area Ground + upper floor: No garden access, but a large balcony This apartment is on Garden Floor, 1 stair down from street level in a perfect location. Only 3 minutes walking from the train station Interlaken West, but in a very quiet neighborhood. With a stunning view to Mönch and Jungfrau, you have 75 m2 with livingroom, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and exclusive access to the large garden area directly at the river. Guest access Visitors are not allowed. Guests (including Children) not mentioned in the Booking will be rejected. Other things to note There is a fixed rain shower in the bathtub. For safety reasons I installed a camera outside the apartment to see who get's in and out the house. We have one reserved parking space per apartment at 1 min (80m) distance from the house. Washer, dryer and iron are shared by all guests. Note for Jewish guests: The entrance door of the house needs a code and opens using an electric opener. There is no way to enter the house without using electricity.
