Located between Baltimore, Washington DC, & Annapolis MD, this is a private bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom suite. The house is 1 mile from MARC trains to DC & Baltimore & a 20-min drive to Fort Meade. We're located on a quiet dead-end drive. There is a shared furnished kitchen with a dining area and a living room. There are 3 other rooms with bathrooms available (feel free to ask about them). The house is equipped with Verizon Fios dual-band WiFi. The space Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. We're not a hotel service. Street Parking: You'll have to walk a few minutes for parking You'll have to climb stairs You'll have to share bathrooms WiFi (Verizon Fios) Laptop work desk Central Air conditioning and heating Guest access You'll have your private bedroom with a king bed with a shared bathroom. You're welcome to use the shared kitchen, dining area, and living room. This house is located in a residential community with limited on-street parking; please do be smart about not blocking access to driveways or streets. This is a shared house, please be prepared for some noise. We try to keep everything quiet. We live on a narrow street which may be an issue for large trucks. You may have to walk a bit for parking. During your stay We love to answer questions and issues with text, so we're always around to offer suggestions for what to explore in the area. But your space is totally private and your privacy is important to us. Just contact us if you need anything! Other things to note We utilize outdoor cameras and security system to provide security and monitoring. These sensors are outdoors only.
