Epic 4br home, minutes from BC/Vail,private hottub

Our home is very close to Beaver Creek & Vail, about 5 minutes driving from either mountain. You’ll love the place because of the space it provides and the quality of the furnishings, in addition to the beautiful views and proximity to hiking and mountain sports. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and even big groups. The space With over 4,000 square feet of space, you will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy mountain living at its finest. Equidistant from both Beaver Creek and Vail, you can be at the resorts very quickly by car, and we provide 1 heated garage parking space. The property is fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment, and the home boasts incredible views of the valley. We do not allow pets or smoking in our home. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, though there is a lockoff on the property as well with a full-time tenant. They will not access the rental space within the house, just as you are not able to access their space. You will share the garage, but the tenant will not use your entrance. Also, 4-wheel drive vehicles are REQUIRED during winter months as traction laws are commonly in effect on I-70, and the driveway can be a little slick in the winter! Other things to note There are spaces for 2 cars,with one in the garage (on the RIGHT) and one parked outside at the end of the driveway. If your group will have more cars, please send me a note to discuss, as there is flexibility for certain cases.
