Kotor Old Town Loft

Very center of everything!One coming out of the building is surprised by symphonic orchestra playing or fashion week taking place.Mornings starts with wispier of the little birds ,or sound of the bells of st Typhoon and scent of coffee from the many coffee shops avail by footsteps.The apt is full of light, one bedroom-two big wardrobes.Modern kitchen,glass table and pulling out sofa and two chairs. Easy walking distance to beaches , market with fresh organic fruits&vegetables, all amenities. The space Old town Kotor is magical place, culture center of Boka Bay. Many restaurants all around, lot of street art performances on each corner, Maritime museum, Churches. Whole town is under UNESCO protection! Kotor Loft has unique location being privileged to be positioned exactly on the St Typhoon square, one and only residential building here. Just around a corner from the apartment is access to city walls-a must see when in the old town. Night lights of the walls at the evening spread a magic with everything else and can be seen very clearly from apartment windows. Apartment is full of light, 5 skylight windows give more light then one need but partial or total blind on the widows gives one option to control the amount of the light needed, very comfortable, two built in walls large wardrobes , big glass dining table with 6 chairs, large bathroom-bathtub, large shoe store, pulling out sofa, wooden floor all around except bathroom, large flat TV.. Guest access Check in and check out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 14:00h , and check out will be at 10:00h. Available parking is close to the old town, there are some free of charge spaces , however one can not count always to find the empty space. Other option is decently chargeable parking with day ticket or weekly or hour one... Other things to note Kotor Loft is on the third floor, accessed by easy staircase. Ideal for three adults, or couple with children. Once in the old town one can access everything by easy walk...beaches, restaurants, shops, market, shopping center, park.... Kotor old town is located in the vicinity of the number of places I warmly recommend our guests to visit : -Perast, Unesco protected town -Tivat, Porto Montenegro -Budva and Saint Stefan, one of the oldest settlement of the Easter Coast of Adriatic -Monastery Ostrog, truly Holly place -Skadar Lake perfect idea for day out -Old Royal capital-Cetinje -Njegusi/Ivanova Korita with amusing adventure park for all generations -etc... These are just to name the few to paint the picture of Montenegro being the small country with numerous cultural, historical, gastronomical and natural wonders just at its fingertips. -
