Description

Four rooms apartment settled in the Malaga's centre. Really close to the majority of museums of Malaga such as the CAC, Picasso or Thyssen. Enjoy the gastronomic offer of the city and lovely places like Muelle Uno, Calle Larios, etc. The space The flat in Soho Malaga is a spacious and well equipped space that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Below, I detail each area and its characteristics: 1. Housing: - Bedrooms: there are 4 bedrooms, all of them with 2 single beds that can be converted into doubles if required. All the rooms have windows that bring luminosity to the flat, taking advantage of the sunlight. Moreover, 2 of them have air conditioning. It is important to highlight that one of the rooms has a large window that covers almost the entire space of the room, it has a sofa, a cot and a work area with 3 chairs. - Bathrooms: There are 2 bathrooms, both with walk-in showers. One of them has a small table for the little ones or for whatever you need. - Common area: it is an open space where the living room and kitchen are located. 2. Amenities: - Table for snacks. - Another table for lunches, dinners or breakfasts. 3. Kitchen: - Equipment: Microwave. Ceramic hob, ironing board, fridge and freezer, basic kitchen utensils, washing machine and coffee machine. In short, the flat offers a comfortable and cosy environment for a group of up to 10 people, with well-equipped rooms, functional bathrooms and a common area that integrates the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and basic utensils to facilitate the guests' stay. In addition, the location in Soho Malaga adds an extra attraction by offering access to one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in the city. Don't hesitate to book this flat! Guest access The following transport lines near Soho Málaga Bus: 21, 25, 7, A, M-110 Train:C-1 Metro:L1 Other things to note When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you in the flat once you have checked in. - Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 19:00h. - Check-in after 19:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. - Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. - After 23:00h there will be a charge of 50€ on request. Due to the rules of the flat, late check-in is not accepted. Please note that last minute bookings may be subject to a late check-in of up to 2 hours (18:00). We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. Check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Other things to note: Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Under sanction of the competent authorities. Beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the booking. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking has been confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests over 16 years of age. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND SIGN THE NATIONAL POLICE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of the items and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
