High Lake Max 4 people in cabin Guests are required to bring camping gear 10′x10′ cabin with wood stove No electricity or furniture Firepit Picnic Table Outhouse–toiletries are not provided HIGH LAKE ROAD IS CLOSED FOR THE WINTER AS OF DECEMBER 1 2025. All belongings, camping supplies, and wood need to be carried into/out of the site by hiking ,skiing or snowshoeing 1.5km from the High Lake parking lot to the cabin. No food waste/garbage in the outhouse Campers must bag out all garbage The space Road leading to the campsite requires 4-wheel (or all wheel) drive vehicles. The road to the cabin is closed from November until May depending on snow conditions. Guests will need to ski or snowshoe from the parking for High Lake (approximately 1.5km). Don't forget your camping gear! Remember that we cannot control the rain or the bugs, please be prepared and be responsible. Quiet time after 11pm!! Rogers and Fido customers are likely to have reception however Bell, Virgin, Koodoo, and Telus are a bit spotty. Guests are encouraged to forage for firewood on the ground but not to cut trees. Firewood also is available for sale at the office/tuck shop. Campers may bring their own paddle board, Kayak or canoe but must ensure that it has been out of the water for at least 24hrs. Canoe Rentals available Victoria Day Weekend to Thanksgiving. You must reserve your canoe 24hrs in advance. Guest access Hiking is our specialty! With over 70 km of hiking trails at the Limberlost Forest provide access to innumerable special natural features as well as tours around a number of the larger lakes. Bicycles, paddles, hiking boots, and snowshoes are welcome and encouraged. We also have over 25km of groomed ski trails in the winter. Other things to note Please call if you have issues after hours.
