Welcome to our Walker's Point home! This house was renovated for an HGTV pilot, and now is a great home for family gatherings, girls' weekends, and wedding parties! It’s located a few blocks from restaurants, bars, and wedding venues. It features a beautiful clawfoot tub, large master bedroom, and an amazing backyard oasis, great for grilling out! Also available for photoshoots. We look forward to hosting you! The space This is a 2 story home located in the neighborhood of Walker's Point. On the 1st fFoor.... Kitchen/Dining Areas You are welcome to cook at the house. Pots and pans are available and there is a dining table that fits 8 people. Grill is located on the back porch for cook-outs! Bedroom There is one bedroom on the ground floor. It is separated from the dining area by a barndoor. There is a queen bed and a closet. In addition, 1-2 additional people can sleep in the living room on sleeper sofa, no closet. Bathroom There is a full bathroom with a shower Access to Backyard & Patio Off of the kitchen, there is access to the patio and backyard. This is door also provides access to the 2 car garage, entrance for vehicles located in the alleyway behind the home. On the 2nd Floor... Bedrooms There is a large master bedroom with a King bed, and large closet. There is also a second bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed, and closet. Bathroom There is a full bathroom with clawfoot tub and rain shower-head. Please note that one must enter and stand in the clawfoot tub to shower upstairs. Washer/Dryer There is a stacked washer/dryer on the second floor for guest use. Dogs A well behaved/house broken pup is allowed in the house. There is fenced in backyard for them to play. Guest access The front door has an electronic lock. On the day of your stay, an entry code will be sent prior to check-in. Show up whenever you want after the check-in time, and use the provided code to enter. A two car garage is available for parking. The garage can be accessed from the alleyway behind the home. A garage door opener and key are provided for use during your stay, and will be located in the home upon your arrival. Other things to note Please note, the home is also used for photoshoots, so styling, art and decor items may change.
