We offer 1000 sq ft area Villas with 2 bedrooms, 2 attached bathrooms and hall and dinning space. for 4 pax. Bachelors /stags not allowed. Please note we don’t allow loud noise , parties or drinking . Please note pool rules Pool and Garden areas are common. Ac charges are additional pls see images. Only the bedrooms have ac. The space Spacious 1000 sq ft Villas fully furnished. Each Villa has 2 bedrooms, 250 sq ft with attached bathrooms. Both the Bedrooms open onto a large hall and dining Area of 500 sq ft. The living room is equipped with a sitting area , a 4 seater dining table, a television *Air-Conditioner Option available in the Garden Facing Rooms @rs. 600/- per night and the Top Floor villa and Ground Floor villa Bedrooms only. Not hall @ rs.1200/- Additional per night. Ac works only on 3 Phase Mseb supply not Generator Backup. Amount to be paid in advance, non refundable. The amount will not be refunded if the Mseb supply is off. Room Charges do not include the ac charge, unless paid for additionally, It will be mentioned in the receipt if paid for.
