The house (150m2 indoor living area) is surrounded by a 200m2 outdoor area that includes an olive grove, orange, apple, cherry, almond and fig trees.  Parking provides space for two cars minimum Guest access The house itself has 4 bedrooms (3 of them offering a direct entrance to a very private terrace/pool area), 2 bathrooms, a very large terrace of 100m2 with a pool and a patio with a grill/cooking area. The house is fully furnished, air-conditioned and has an amazing flow to it. A lot of attention was paid to the cooking area, both indoor kitchen (fully equipped with a stove, both gas and electric, 2 refrigerators and a freezer) as well an outside grill area on the patio that is connected with the terrace and pool. If you were looking to spend a vacation like a traditional Dalmatian family you’ll probably spend most of your time between the grill and the pool and find leaving this house a very difficult task :) This is the perfect staycation house! Other things to note IDEAL FOR LARGE FAMILIES  If you are looking for an amazing place to connect with your large family, this house can accommodate up to 10 guests at the time and offer them lots of privacy and fun times. The pool/outdoor area is the ideal location to connect with your family as it offers something for everyone of all ages.  IDEAL FOR LARGE GROUPS OF FRIENDS  Looking to unwind but also spend time with your friends cooking in the shade and enjoying the private pool? The location of the house itself also allows you to explore famous Dalmatian cuisine as you are located in the heart of Supetar that has lots of amazing restaurants and Bol is just a short car ride away.
